West Virginia High School Wrestling

West Virginia Girls State Wrestling Tournament

The West Virginia Girls State Wrestling Tournament was first held in 2020 at Parkersburg South High School, with 75 participants. Team champions as well as individual champions were crowned in both the high school and middle school divisions. The tournament is sanctioned by the West Virginia Secondary Schools Activities Commission.


The 2024 Girls High School State Tournament will be held in Huntington with the 2024 Boys High School State Tournament! The girls middle school and junior state tournaments will be held the second weekend in February in Parkersburg.
