West Virginia University is excited to announce we will once again offer a Fall Workout Series! All seven workouts will be run by a member of the WVU wrestling staff and current WVU wrestlers will be in attendance each session to assist and wrestle with campers.
Below are the dates of each session. Each workout runs from 10:30 AM to Noon.

September 10
September 17
September 24
October 1
October 15
These workouts are open to wrestlers of all age, size, and experience level. However, if you are younger than middle school, I would try to bring a partner with you to ensure that you will have someone your size at the workout.
Throughout our Spring Workout Series, we had wrestlers from Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and of course West Virginia.
