So far this is not going well. The mats are not moving fast enough. There should not be any waiting between matches. Just a few minutes ago, there was 7 Mars with no wrestlers on then for 4 minutes. Going to be a long day.

I agree. Not allowing the on deck match to be by the mat ready to go and announcing every match is ridiculous! Nobody wants to hear a guy on a mic all day long. Slows everything down and gives me a migraine at the same time. How are they not better than this by now?

After last year big mess we opt to skip it and go to jr. States

3 kids from the same region were on the same end of the bracket. My kid had someone he wrestled at regionals as his first match. Then 2nd match was the same. No need to come again if it is a repeat of regionals. Brackets should be done better. Very disappointed in the tournament. Hopefully NUWAY runs it next year.

They made a forum on Facebook not to long ago. Has a lot of members and post a lot about everything. And most members of the board is on there. West Virginia youth wrestling forum. Post on there to get their attention.

Have to agree it started out slow. They fixed the problem with on deck wrestlers not being at the mat. After that it flowed fairly well. Will completely agree with the announcing, no no. It was a distraction to say the least.

Geez... I must admit I am not surprised, though.
