160 IS the toughest weight class in the state this year ! LOGAN NAY who moved up 3 weight classes from last year went 3-2 at the grapple at the castle tourney at cabell midland saturday BUT what's most impressive about his two losses is that they were by two of the best in the weight class. he lost to milam from saint albans by 1 point (5-4) and by 3 to holley (cabell midland ) 3-0. here is how i would rate the 160 class right now, 1-nash-wp, 2-dunbar-south, 3-holley-cm, 4-milam-sa, 5-frisco-uni, 6-pine-wash, 7-nay-phs. nash was 6th as a freshman at 160. dunbar was 3rd at 160 last year. hollley was 4th at 145 a year ago. milam who did not wrestle last year war 42-6 as a sophmore 2 years ago. pine was 5th at 145 last year and was 6th at 160 last year. the big reds don't always post their results on here but from what i found nay was 15-9 last year with 8 pins but wasn't able to finish the season.one of last years coached told me last year he probable had a ton of potentile. obviously he was right.

Did Milam and Holley face off????

we'll probably never know because midland almost always does;nt post their results. and their one of the few teams in aaa that has not put their 2016/17 roster on wvssac.

That is another issue itself. Some teams seldom post their results.

Holley an Milam did not face off Holley weighed in at 151 he bumped up when wrestling nay an I can always seem to find midlands results on here

Coach Holley is one of the best in terms of submitting detailed scores of all Midlands matches. Regarding this past weekends Grapple at the Castle, I saw that he posted in a thread on Saturday evening that the scores would be submitted the next day. Instead of just submitting team scores, he actually takes the time to go through and add up team scores and check for accuracy. Then he submits with individual match detail. Last seasons schedule and results are below incase you missed them.
