AA/A Region IV - Coaches please read ASAP

Coaches, I am sending an email with the exact same information. It appears that we will be able to have a one day tournament at Roane County High school. Final determination will have to be made at the seeding meeting, but by looking at all line-ups and talking with a few of you already, I think we are 10 and under for all weight classes now.

Seeding meeting - Sunday Feb 14th - 2:00 @ Roane County High School
Weigh ins - 8:30 am
Scratch meeting - 9:45
Wrestling begins - 10:30
I have been using this format for several years and for several tournaments - so my best guess is that the finals will start approx 4:30/5:00.

Coaches are reminded that they are required to send the Regional Roster/Entry form (FORM 17) to BOTH WVSSAC and Roane County. The original needs to be MAILED to the WVSSAC - a copy can be faxed or emailed to Roane County. Please Fax to Roane County High School - Attention Wayne Jarvis at (304)927 -6404 or email to me at tmsbrown@k12.wv.us - Please make sure you include the year in school. I have attached form 17 just in case any of you need it. Please email me if you have any questions.
