Dear Coach/Athletic Director:
This year we will be holding the tournament at Ravenswood High School. The date of the tournament will be Saturday January 2, 2016; returning it back to its original week in January- the 1st Saturday of the month. Additionally, depending on the number of teams we could move the event to a two day tournament.

We look forward to seeing your team at our tournament and building this event back to the tournament that it once was. Please mail your contract back to Ravenswood High School with your intent to participate next year.

Date: Saturday, January 2, 2016
Fee: $150.00 per School, 75.00 if 7 or less participants
Format: Bracket Tournament per weight class, Double elimination.
Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place medals for each weight class. Team Trophies for 1st and 2nd Place
Weigh-Ins: Weight entry sheets must be FAXED or e-mailed to Ravenswood High School by noon Thursday,
December 19, 2015. If you have any questions or deletions, please call Ravenswood High School.

We will weigh-in at RAVENSWOOD HIGH SCHOOL “The PIT” on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Coaches/ scratch meeting will be immediately following weigh-ins. Wrestling will start at approximately 10:00 AM Saturday Morning.

Coaches please include a home/cell phone number to call to verify names/weights in case the FAX transmittal is not clear.
Gym: Only those (2) coaches involved in a match may be at the mat. ONLY Team coolers permitted in the gym. We anticipate using three mats for wrestling.
