After much thought I'm all about the hybrid pill/ seeding regional champs only. This sounds like the best of both. Lessons the chance of have the championship in the semi finals.

The laziness of the WVSSAC is atrocious. Let’s just pull a pill to determine the brackets. It would not take much time or effort to seed the state Tournament.
