Dump it and Seed the Wrestlers who qualify for State. Too many times we see the top two in a weight class meet early in the bracket.

Being ranked does not automatically mean you should go to states. I will name no names, but at one point this season there was a wrestler with less than 10 wins ranked in the top 5 while others with 30+ wins were ranked below him.
